                        ======

I opened an old book and saw
A withered flower, left by someone,
And my mind went wondering
with a strange dream

   Where did this flower grew and when?
   How long was it blooming proir to being picked and who picked it?
   Was is it a person whom I know or not?
   And why it had been put here?

Perhaps it is a souvenir from a past romantic relationship
Or it was put there to remember a tragic break-up
Or after walking in a solitude
In the silence of meadows or in the shadow of forests?


   And are he and she still alive?
   And where are they now?
   Or maybe they also withered
   Like this unknown flower
